New Affirmation Meditation: It's Time To Forgive Yourself ✨
|
Hey Beautiful Souls, It’s time to give ourselves the gift of forgiveness. 💫 We’ve all made decisions in the past that we may not be proud of in life, love, with money, in business...or felt like we’ve “fallen off” in certain areas on this beautiful journey of life. But here’s the truth: You are not your past—and your future is as bright as you want it to be. I was talking to one of my best friends today and as we were talking about the past, she asked me, "Tee, what was I THINKING??". I reminded her that we are always making the best decision we think at the time given what we have in front of us so give yourselves some grace ladies! I'm preaching this to myself as well! That's why I'm so excited to share this new Affirmation Meditation for Forgiveness track with you. This track is all about showing yourself compassion and grace, reminding you that you are an imperfectly perfect human. It’s a powerful way to release guilt and affirm that you have the power to create a life full of happiness DESPITE decisions you may have made in the past. Repeat with me: My past does not define me. Let this meditation guide you toward healing, self-love, and a future full of possibility. 💖 Listen now and let’s continue this journey of growth, together. Please share this with any fellow women you know who need to let go of the past. Your biggest cheerleader, P.S. You deserve to step fully into your future without holding onto past regrets. Let’s make that shift today! |
